Lonnie Fluck is an SPHR certified professional who founded the company to help companies implement processes that allow them to get the right people in the right positions to maximize the return companies have in their employees.
Lonnie’s experience spans over 25 years in human resources, management and talent acquisition for companies in the upper Midwest. Leading recruiting teams, building sales teams, creating compensation structures, consulting on total rewards programs, and solving management issues for companies have given him the ability to see best practices and put those in place for his clients.
Lonnie has worked extensively placing clients in the fields of accounting, audit, tax, quality assurance, content management, engineering, restaurant operations, manufacturing, human resources, project management, business analysis, corporate positions, telecommunications and information technology.
With a degree in Business Management and Communications from Buena Vista University Lonnie has been an active member of the NorthStarSHRM Chapter, IIBA, PMI, TCQAA and started the VIVIT Chapter in Minneapolis and Des Moines, Iowa. He continues to be a member of the SHRM allowing him to keep up to date on the latest human resource laws, regulations, and current trends.
Lonnie is always open to discussing the latest needs and HR trends at a top golf course and the 19th hole.
