Our Founder
Lonnie Fluck, SPHR-certified professional, founded Cross Talent Solutions to help businesses implement effective processes and Total Rewards systems that attract, engage, and retain the right talent. His focus is on maximizing the return on human capital through strategic talent solutions.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, management, and talent acquisition, Lonnie brings deep expertise to the table. His career highlights include:

• Designing and implementing compensation structures and Total Rewards programs.

Lonnie holds a degree in Business Management and Communications from Buena Vista University and serves as the Communications Director for the NorthStar SHRM Chapter. As an active SHRM member, he stays informed on the latest HR laws, regulations, and trends, ensuring clients receive the most effective and current strategies.
